Exchange and return policy (Oud-Necklaces)

At Oud-Necklaces, we are committed to providing the finest natural oud, and we give our customers complete confidence in experiencing our products according to the following terms:

1. Timeframe
Exchange or return requests are permitted within two days (48 hours) only from the date of receiving the order.

2. Conditions for Testing Oud

To maintain the product's value and quality, the following conditions apply when testing oud:

The testing amount must not exceed 2 grams of the total purchased quantity.

If more than 2 grams have been consumed, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

The remaining product must be in its original condition and packaging.

3. Non-returnable products
Returns do not include "Oud oil" (except in the case of a manufacturing defect) in order to protect public health and due to the sensitive nature of the product, unless the test was on an external "smear" only without contact with the skin.

4. Shipping Costs and Fees

The customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees if the product is not defective.

Refunds will be issued to the customer within 3-7 business days after the product arrives at the store and its condition and weight have been verified.
